Product Description

 

This machine tool is a CNC lathe with flat bed body structure and guide rail machine seat. It is cast with resin sand, with high stability, rigidity and torsion resistance.

The x and z axis adopt high-precision linear rolling guide rail, and the wire rod adopts pre-tensile structure, which effectively improves the transmission stiffness and accuracy.
The spindle adopts the sleeve spindle unit. After strict selection and assembly, the spindle accessories can do the running and closing experiment in the constant temperature environment, with high accuracy and good dynamic operation performance.
The machine tool tool frame form is platoon tool type and electric tool frame type.
The machine tool is compact, small area, equipped with servo spindle motor, effectively provide high acceleration and sufficient torque.

Optional and extended range:

1. This machine can be optional with a wide number of 980, new generation, Baoyuan and other CNC system;
2. This machine can choose the corresponding model of roller linear guide rail, to enhance the rigidity of the machine tool;
3. Automatic loading and unloading can choose rod material conveyor, single arm manipulator loading and unloading machine, hang frame manipulator loading and unloading machine, can realize automatic unmanned operation.
